Inn - Blue Mountain Resort, Blue Mountains

I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and at a convenient location for the ski lifts, the staff wasn't very attentive and left me feeling quite frustrated. There were numerous issues that weren't addressed properly, which overshadowed my experience. It's unfortunate because the potential was there for a pleasant stay, but the lack of care from the staff made it hard to enjoy my time.

The hotel is close to the ski hill, providing a peaceful stay away from the noisy village. However, the interior feels very worn down, and maintenance seems to be lagging, with issues like non-functional sockets. While it offers a clean environment, the slow elevators and dated rooms detract from the overall experience.

The hot tubs provided a nice touch of relaxation, and I appreciated the smooth check-in process with the welcoming staff. However, I noticed that the bathrooms could use some updating, and the beds weren't the most comfortable for a good night's sleep. Overall, it offered good value considering its price and location.
